I'm sorry I've neglected posting on this blog. Since I rarely get comments here I've just kind of let this one go. If you are reading, give me a howdy hay!
This summer my hubby and I worked up to running 7.3 miles at a time. We did the long runs on Saturdays and shorter runs throughout the week.
This has been a difficult thing to do but something I desire sooooo badly! We went on two vacations in a row since September and I've fallen off the wagon since then. Not to mention, I've had 2 miscarriages- 1 this summer and 1 this month. I'm working to get healthy again with this running. I found an amazing naturopathic doctor too that I can't wait to start seeing.
Now that winter is moving in quickly here in Colorado, I'm going to still go running, but marathon training will be done at a gym or at home. I got a Gazelle for the days I need to stay home. Time to join the gym again now that I'm not outside running all the time.
