Last week I went to the gym twice. It was not too good of a week for me, but that's okay because this week is on target.
I went to the gym Monday morning. I ran 1.05 miles, biked 3.7 miles, and lifted weights for 45 minutes. Despite it being a smaller workout I went home ravishing. I had a burger for dinner and even chocolate in the afternoon. I woke up Tuesday morning to being a pound slimmer! Woot!
Tuesday night I went to Zumba and burned 750 calories. We are literally jumping around the room; no breaks. I leave drenched in sweat.
Tonight I'm leaving for Zumba again. I may go to spin class afterwards or run, not sure which. I have to leave the house for sanity today. The baby is sick and I've been holding him all day. Sigh.
