I'm all in for the Juneathon! I've set a goal for 8 lbs this month. With this challange I'll have no choice but to burn off every calorie possible! Here are my stats since the first:
1st ~ 45 min bike, and 1 mile running (8min 5 secs) and p90x yoga (90 minutes)
2nd ~ 30 min elliptical, 40 min weights, and p90x legs &back, ab ripper X (75min)
3rd ~ 45 min bike, Kempo X
4th ~ 1hr elliptical, X stretch
5th ~ 30 min elliptical, 25 min treadmill
6th ~ 1hr 15min doing laps and running stairs at the track.
7th ~ did the standing calf raise 3 sets of 15
8th ~ 30 min running, 25 min bike, 45 min elliptical.
9th ~ 30 min elliptical, 45 min bike, 25 min weights
10 ~ 45 elliptical, 30 bike, 30 at the pool chasing kids in the water (that counts right?)
11th ~ 20 min elliptical, 20 jogging
12th ~ Just ran around getting things put together for my baby's 1st birthday
13th ~ I slacked, had a graduation party for my sister
14th ~ 1hr on elliptical
15th ~ 30 min treadmill, 30 min bike, 1 hr elliptical
16th ~ 30 min elliptical, 30 min weight training, 2 hours walking around the mall shopping (that totally counts!)
17th ~ 35 min bike, 22 min treadmill, 35 min weight training.
18th ~ I stripped down wallpaper, sanded, spackled, sanded again, whipped down the walls, painted, then caulked around my bathroom sink. Oh and removed a mirror and medicine cabinet. No real exercise today. But that was a lot of work!
19th ~ 30 min elliptical. Did the exercise of the day, crunches, scissors, bicycle exercise, vertical leg crunch, and reverse crunch
20th~ walked
21st ~ walked
22nd ~ 1hr elliptical
23rd ~ 45 min of the plyometrics DVD (kids started going crazy on me so I couldln't finish it). 30 min bike (8 miles) ran 8.5 min (1 mile) did weights then ran another mile in 8 minutes!
24th ~ nothing.
25th ~ 30 min bike, 30 elliptical
