
I did Zumba last night followed by 20 minutes of abs with my husband as the trainer. It helps having a husband who does PT often for his unit.

After grocery shopping and a doctor's visit, we loaded up the kids and laundry (our washing machine is broken) and headed to the community center/gym. I really needed to workout hard and enjoyed it very much. I did 50 minutes on the elliptical, 10 on the bike and finished with 20 minutes of weights- mostly arms.

Here I am after having baby #1. Since this picture I have had 6 more babies, but I'm almost to this size. So close I can reach out and tough the finish line!
