Zumba and Friday Night's Workout

I did Zumba last night followed by 20 minutes of abs with my husband as the trainer. It helps having a husband who does PT often for his unit.

Stats:

Zumba: Calories-400 Minutes-60
Calisthenics: Calories-50 Minutes-20

Total:

Calories: 450
Minutes: 80


After grocery shopping and a doctor's visit, we loaded up the kids and laundry (our washing machine is broken) and headed to the community center/gym. I really needed to workout hard and enjoyed it very much. I did 50 minutes on the elliptical, 10 on the bike and finished with 20 minutes of weights- mostly arms.

Today's Stats:

Elliptical: Miles-5.94 Calories-710 Minutes-50 (level 7, later 6 + arm blaster)
Bike: Miles-2.10 Calories-84 Minutes-10
Weights: Calories-133 Minutes-20

Total for Friday:
Miles- 8.04
Calories- 927
Minutes-80

Total for both days:

Miles-8.04
Calories-1377
Minutes-160
