Wednesday- I'm Baaack

We enjoyed six days with my inlaws.  It was hard to keep to a regular workout schedule with company, but even harder after they left trying to get my motivation back.  My hubby is still on leave so it still feels like vacation.

Oh, did I mention we're moving to Colorado Springs?  Yeeeee hawww!  We'll be there before the end of the year.

Today, my husband and I ran to the gym and back (2 miles) and then did a short workout there including weights: arms, core, chest.

Stats:
Run to and from gym: 2 miles Calories: 200 Minutes: 20
Arc Trainer: Miles. 67 Calories: 200 Minutes: 20
Weights:  Calories: 40  Minutes: 10

Miles: 2.67
Calories: 440
Minutes: 50

Hooray for Colorado Springs! It was my favorite place I've ever lived. Man, I wish I could do it again sometime. You'll lose weight just with the change of altitude - stairs take on a whole new meaning. Congrats to you!
