This weekend I did little by way of exercise. I had wisdom teeth issues so migraines ruled for the time being.
Today was great! Even though I did not get a lot of good sleep, I woke up with my attitude changed and put my workout clothes on right away.
Wii Fit 30 mins- 127 calories
Treadmill 20 minutes- 121 calories
I was wearing my step counter all day and reached 5795 steps- 2.7 miles- 154 calories
Total for today-402 calories
I was watching an episode of a weight loss show, cannot remember what the name is... but the lady on it wanted to lose about 100 pounds, which is a little more than I want to lose, but around there would be fine. I will have to burn at least 959 calories a day, so I need to really focus on that. My first goal is to lose 30 pounds by christmas. I am being realistic this time around.
