Would have been a hard workout had I not still felt sick. Ugh.

Bike: Miles-4.00 Calories-153 Minutes-20

Miles- 7.53
Calories- 590
Minutes-65

Thanks to Juneathon I have workout so much this month and pushed myself more than I have yet!!! I have gone over 117 miles this month alone with the elliptical, walking, biking and running! Yay me!

do you think you owe it to Juneathon? I was wondering about that myself as the end of the month creeps up on us. My arms are tighter, but my hips are not - but I think I owe that to ME not Juneathon. Don't forget to thank YOU for the hard Juneathon work!

You are so right- it was ME! Thanks for making me rethink that! I'm off to walk tonight and enjoy a big workout tomorrow. I am thankful to Juneathon only in that it helped me to push myself and go further than I have ever gone---but I did do it all! :)
