What a day! I am going to get so much done...even as far as weight loss. I've been on my diet strictly for almost a week (with one indiscretion that wasn't worth it). I'll weigh myself end of this week and let you know how much was lost- I know its some but not an exact number.
Today's gym stats:
Elliptical: Miles-5.13 Calories-608 Minutes-45 (Went to level 5, 2 levels higher than usual.)
Bike: Miles-2.19 Calories-100 Minutes-20
Weights: Calories-99 Minutes-15 (Individual pull ups, chest)
Totals:
Miles- 7.32
Calories- 807
Minutes- 80
