It was a lighter exercise day since my shins are still a little sore. I'm saving up my strength for the big run Saturday! I'm excited!

I've been listening to "The Secret" book on the iPod. Wow, very good! It is right on and goes along with the book I always mention here "Feelings Buried Alive Never Die". It's amazing how we sabotage ourselves if we are not careful.
