...to try and get back on track after being sick and ubber busy last week. I went with a friend and my hubby again, but both left me in the end. :)

Treadmill (C25K): Miles: 1.15 Calories 116 Minutes: 20
Weights: Calories: 68 Minutes: 15

You ARE a REAL woman. 8.63 miles on the elliptical?!?! I used that thing for the first time yesterday and it KICKED MY BUTT!!! It was killing me to reach .5 mile. I did it though, twice...so 1 mile total yesterday (and today). Did you start off slow on that machine?

Heatherly, LOL, oh heck no I didn't start at this. I struggled too. I gave birth to seven kids and let my body go to pot before I decided to get on track and get well and fit. It took time and patience and actually just barely moved up to the hour after a few months. :)
