I am hitting the gym hard NOW, not in 3 days. Why not start at the beginning of the week, instead of the beginning of the year? So these are my stats for today.
Walked the dogs - 2 miles
Walked to and from the gym - 1 mile
Eliptical - 3.05 miles
Lifted Weights - 15 minutes
Total - 7 miles
(and believe me, I'm feeling it, but in a good way)
Now if I can just stay away from Brownies, I might be able to meet my goals for 2009!
