New Year's Health & Fitness Goals

I plan to combine these goals with my other personal goals for 2009, but since they relate to this blog I'm sharing them here. My 2009 Health and Fitness goals are:

1) Become stronger

2) Continue to heal emotionally

3) Make my goal weight of 135 and maintain

4) Continue to improve my health

5) Eat the way I've been taught more consistently

6) Eat more raw fruits and vegetables

7) Take one or more fitness classes (i.e. pilates, spinning, etc.)

8) Learn to love myself and be happy with myself with who I am

9) Share what I learn with others. Learn from others on their journey
