I found your blog on Facebook and I enjoyed your style and comments. I love the quote, "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels" I think I may have to tape that to to the fridge and every cabinet in my kitchen.

How to you find the energy?

LOL! That is a good idea! I need to tape mine to my wallet so when I'm in Target and see the Choxie I'll remember the goal! ROFL! :) Glad to see your comment!

Hey Angie! I have so much energy since taking supplements to heal my adrenals, thyroid, liver, and taking the other vitamins. Nothing that gives energy or causes weight loss, I'm doing that on my own, but its as simple as healing the body and the energy comes back. Two years ago I had no idea I'd be here today.

Oh, another HUGE helps is healing my emotions. I mentioned the book here. Anyway, whenever I start feeling resistant to going or dread the workout, I do the script in the book and I'm ready to go again. It works with all the emotions! My kids do it too.

Anyway, hth. (((hugs)))
