Hubby and I went to the gym this evening again. It was a short workout, but I enjoyed it. My husband has been helping me with the weight lifting, showing me some things I didn't know and today I've noticed my arms are shaping up nicely!! YAY!
I can't wait to weigh myself January 1st. I will also be making some health and fitness goals this week for the new year. I will share those with you too.

My ex used to go with me to the gym and teach me all the stuff in the weight room. It was a big help and I'd always see other women eavesdropping to learn how to do new stuff too :)
