Wednesday Stats

So much for the longer workout today. I had so much to do and still a meeting tonight, and a friend coming over. Its also been an emotional day for me...time to get out the book "Feelings Buried Alive Never Die again.

I only did 30 minutes: 4.10 miles 455 calories burned
.20 miles to and from the gym 20 calories

Total: 4.30 miles and 475 calories

Off to get ready for my meeting and change clothes....

You are WAY too hard on yourself. Be proud of all your accomplishments!!! Anything you do to stay active is a good thing- regardless is it's 10 minutes of 2 hours. I promise. :)

To burn over 400 calories in 30 minutes...that is super! Besides your body needs a rest sometimes...actually from what all you do...you need a vacation.
