One of the HARDEST things about losing weight (for me) is my addiction to chocolate...brownies in particular. Lately I have been trying hard to find a snack that is sweet, but low in calories. One of my favorites is Grapes and Cheese. I get some Brie cheese and red grapes and have a nice little low calorie, high protein snack. (And if my kids are out of the room I can even momentarily pretend I'm back in France at a little Cafe enjoying some well earned vacation time...IF they are out of the room).
So my query to the rest of you is what are your ideas for some low cal. snacks (other than rice cakes)?

Even is you are not doing weight watchers, I am not an advocate for them but they have the best snacks by the bread at Walmart and they are not very high in anything. I forget what they are called since there is no walmart here on this island. But they are like zingers.Great if you are really dying for chocolate. Also those pepermint patties, the small ones, are great to have around as well...one or two of them and you are good to go.
